We are very happy for you to return our wigs to us for a full refund or exchange including the basic post cost with in 14 days, from the UK and worldwide.
You would just pay the cost of return to us.
We do not make any charge for returns.
You do not need to contact us to tell us you are returning a wig, just return it to us with your full details, telling us if you require a refund or details of any exchange.
We do all Refunds within 24 hours of receiving the wig back to us.
You MUST return wigs to us within 14 days.
In the same condition sent to you, i.e, as new condition, not cut or styled, No products used, Not smelling etc, all labels still attached, in the Company AND Directwigs box's (to save damage), and not worn other than to try it on.
Please check the wig fully on your receipt and BEFORE you cut or style it, as we can not refund or exchange after you have used it.
If you would not be happy to receive the wig in the condition you return it back to us, then another customer would not want to receive it, so we wont take it back for a refund or exchange.
We can not refund or exchange for any wig after the 14 days, even if you have not used it.
If any of the above are not kept to then we will will not refund or exchange.
We would suggest that you return it by recorded or tracked service, as we can only refund for wigs that we have received !.
